The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® RR is the most race-inspired production bagger Harley-Davidson® has ever built. With Factory Racing DNA infused into every component, this limited-edition machine is engineered for performance, speed, and precision handling. Only 131 units will be produced, securing its place as one of the rarest Harley-Davidson® motorcycles ever made. This motorcycle combines aerospace materials, cutting-edge engineering, and race-proven technology to push performance beyond expectations.

Unrelenting Power: Screamin’ Eagle® 131 Powertrain

The Milwaukee-Eight® engine in the 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® RR is the most powerful factory-installed powertrain ever produced by Harley-Davidson®, delivering 153 horsepower and 150 ft-lb of torque. It features CNC-ported heads, Screamin' Eagle® internals, and an SE8-550 camshaft, allowing it to rev to an impressive 6,500 RPM. The high-performance intake system, designed for maximum airflow, includes a massive 68mm throttle body and a CNC-machined aluminum intake manifold that reduces weight while optimizing power. The washable Screamin’ Eagle® High Flow air filter enhances airflow.

Screamin’ Eagle® Racing King 6 Transmission

The transmission is designed and built for race-speed punishment, delivering enhanced gear engagement and durability. Shot-peened gears and shafts increase strength, while back-cut shift dogs ensure precise shifting under extreme conditions.

Aerospace Engineering for Maximum Performance

The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® RR incorporates lightweight materials typically found in fighter jets and Formula 1 cars. The Akrapovič full titanium exhaust system, co-developed with Harley-Davidson® Factory Racing, sheds more than 10 pounds compared to the standard Milwaukee-Eight® exhaust while remaining 50-state emissions compliant. Carbon fiber bodywork reduces overall weight while maintaining strength and aerodynamics. Billet aluminum components, including the swingarm, were engineered to enhance durability and precision.

Track-Tuned Chassis & Suspension

Race-spec Öhlins suspension raises the ride height by two inches, increasing lean angles for aggressive cornering. The 43mm Öhlins FGR inverted forks in the front and dual Screamin’ Eagle® Öhlins Remote Reservoir shocks in the rear provide razor-sharp handling. The billet aluminum swingarm, developed by Harley-Davidson® Factory Racing, reduces unsprung weight and improves suspension response. Machined from a 220-pound block of 6061 aluminum down to just 18 pounds, it is a true race-engineered masterpiece. Brembo™ GP4-RX CNC calipers with four 32mm pistons provide MotoGP-grade stopping power, while 320mm Brembo™ T-Drive front rotors maximize braking efficiency under extreme conditions. A four-piston Brembo™ rear caliper and a 300mm rotor complete the system.

Optimized for Aggressive Riding

Billet aluminum midfoot controls replace traditional footboards, allowing for deeper lean angles and more precise control at high speeds. The race-inspired solo seat with pommel, co-developed with Saddlemen®, raises the rider by one inch for optimized mid-control ergonomics. The rear bolster keeps the rider planted under acceleration, while the racing-inspired pommel provides bracing under braking. Carbon fiber construction reduces weight for maximum performance. The gloss black cast aluminum wheels are designed to minimize mass and unsprung weight while enhancing suspension response and handling performance. A laser-etched CVO™ RR logo on the front wheel reflects its racing DNA.

Advanced Riding Technology & Infotainment

Track and Track Plus ride modes, developed with Harley-Davidson® Factory Racing rider Kyle Wyman, fine-tune throttle response, braking, and traction control for maximum performance. Track Plus mode dials back rider aids for advanced riders who want full control with minimal intervention from electronic systems. The bike features nine selectable ride modes, allowing riders to fine-tune power delivery, engine braking, ABS, and traction control. The most advanced display ever offered on a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle, powered by Skyline™ OS, features a 12.3-inch touchscreen with a bright, intuitive interface. Wireless Apple CarPlay®, Bluetooth®, and embedded navigation ensure seamless connectivity, while over-the-air updates keep the system current. The Rockford Fosgate® Stage III audio system delivers 500 watts of high-output sound through 6.5-inch, 3-way fairing speakers, engineered to perform at high speeds.

Safety & Control: Advanced Rider Aids

The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® RR is equipped with Harley-Davidson®’s Rider Safety Enhancements, designed to provide optimal control in all riding conditions. The Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) prevents wheels from locking under hard braking, while Electronic Linked Braking (ELB) distributes braking effort between both wheels for optimal performance. The Traction Control System (TCS) prevents the rear wheel from excessive spinning under acceleration, and the Drag-Torque Slip Control System (DSCS) helps reduce excessive rear-wheel slip when decelerating. Vehicle Hold Control (VHC) keeps the bike steady on inclines, preventing unintended rolling. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) alerts the rider to low or high tire air pressure to maintain peak performance. Cornering-enhanced ABS, ELB, TCS, and DSCS take into account lean angles to optimize traction and braking while cornering.
